Frequently Asked Questions
Can you create decals from my custom business logo or artwork?
Yes! We specialize in custom vinyl cutting. If you provide a high-resolution file (Vector, PDF, or high-quality PNG), we can transform your branding into precision-cut vinyl lettering or decals for any surface.
Do you offer different colors and finishes?
Absolutely. We stock a wide variety of colors in both gloss and matte finishes. We also offer specialty vinyl like frosted "etched glass" for privacy, metallic finishes for a high-end look, and high-visibility reflective vinyl.
Can I order just a single decal, or do I need to buy in bulk?
We have no minimum order requirements. Whether you need a single set of business hours for your door or a hundred logo decals for a fleet of vehicles, we can accommodate your needs.
How long will my vinyl decals last outside?
We use premium, industrial-grade vinyl rated for 5 to 7 years of outdoor durability. It is designed to resist fading from UV rays, cracking from temperature changes, and peeling from rain or snow.
Are these decals waterproof and wash safe?
Yes. Once the adhesive has fully cured (usually after 48-72 hours), our decals are 100% waterproof and can withstand standard washes and pressure washing.
Will the vinyl fade in direct sunlight?
Our high-performance vinyl is pigmented throughout the material rather than printed on the surface, which means it offers superior resistance to UV fading compared to standard stickers.
What surfaces can I apply vinyl decals to?
Our decals bond to almost any smooth, non-porous surface. This includes glass, metal, plastic, finished wood, and vehicle paint. They are not recommended for textured walls or raw, unpainted wood.
How do I apply my new decal without getting air bubbles?
Every order comes with transfer tape already applied and easy-to-follow instructions. We recommend the "hinge method" for application and using a squeegee (or credit card) to firmly press the vinyl onto the surface, which pushes air out and ensures a bubble-free finish.
Can I apply these decals to the inside of my window so they face out?
Yes! If you prefer to apply your sign to the interior of the glass (to protect it from vandalism or extreme weather), just let us know, and we will "reverse-cut" or mirror your design so it reads correctly from the outside.
How do I remove an old vinyl decal?
Removal is simple. Use a hair dryer or heat gun to lightly warm the vinyl, which softens the adhesive. Then, gently peel it back. Any remaining residue can be easily cleaned off with a standard adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol.
Can I reuse a decal once it has been removed?
No. Vinyl decals are designed for a single application. Once they are peeled off, the material stretches and the adhesive loses its integrity, making them unsuitable for reuse.
