Our goal is to provide affordable decals with customer service that genuinely cares — and we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make it right.

• First, we will offer a free replacement of the product.

• If the replacement still does not resolve the issue, we may offer a refund of the product price only (shipping is non-refundable).

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Photos may be required to verify defects or issues.

We do not cover damage caused during installation, improper surface prep, or user error.

2. Return Policy

If you aren’t happy with your item, please reach out! We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and still have transfer tape and backing attached

• Used or partially installed decals cannot be returned

Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we can issue a refund or send a replacement depending on the situation.

3. Custom Orders

No returns or refunds on custom-made products.

This includes personalized designs, custom text, printed artwork, size modifications, or any order created specifically for you.

• If changes are needed, they must be requested before production begins

• If a reprint is required due to customer-requested changes after production, a 20% remake/material fee may apply

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to an order must be made before printing or cutting starts

• Orders already in production may incur a 20% reprint fee

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once produced

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason (full refund issued if applicable).

5. Shipping & Return-to-Sender

If a package returns due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

If your package returns to us, we will contact you with options.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t show up:

   We will work with you on a solution — replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation
   

We’re a small business — we will always try to help, but please allow reasonable time to resolve shipping or carrier issues.

Filing a payment dispute/chargeback before contacting us may forfeit further support and future order access.

7. Installation Disclaimer

Dirt Cheap Decals is not responsible for any damage caused during installation or removal of decals. Surface preparation and application technique are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Product Quality & Display

We work hard to display colors and sizing as accurately as possible, but:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences

• Handmade products may have minor variances

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products or website for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes including but not limited to copyright violations, harassment, or malicious behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

All products are provided as-is with no warranties beyond those stated. Dirt Cheap Decals is not liable for:

• Installation errors

• Surface or vehicle damage

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Profit/business loss or damages beyond product value

In jurisdictions where limitations are restricted by law, liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, where Dirt Cheap Decals operates. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes.
