At Dirt Cheap Decals, our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Decals must have the transfer tape and backing still attached

• Used, applied, or damaged decals cannot be returned

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective — we will make it right.

We will send a free replacement or issue a refund once verified.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Custom names/text

• Personalized artwork

• Custom sizes or modified designs

• Any product made specifically for your request

If changes are needed, they must be requested before production begins.

Custom orders already in production cannot be canceled.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes must be made before printing/cutting begins

• Orders already in production may incur a 20% remake/material fee

• Custom orders cannot be canceled after production starts

Return-to-Sender / Wrong Address

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer is responsible for reshipment cost.

Installation Disclaimer

We cannot refund or replace decals damaged due to installation issues. Please follow proper surface prep and application instructions.
